Support for transition to manufacturing and pre-certification activities

All services are custom, scope-based, and delivered in phases or sprints as defined in written proposals or statements of work.

Services are subject to availability and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our website or services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to engage Logic Reliance LLC on behalf of your company.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property created specifically for a client becomes the client’s property upon full payment

Logic Reliance LLC retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, methodologies, templates, and know-how

General technical knowledge and non-confidential experience gained during a project may be reused in future engagements

6. Limitation of Liability

Logic Reliance LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

Our liability is strictly limited to the professional services explicitly defined in the applicable proposal or agreement.

7. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Both Logic Reliance LLC and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public technical, business, or personal information exchanged during the engagement.

Personal and business data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with fifteen (15) days’ prior written notice, provided that:

All completed work up to the termination date is paid in full

Any outstanding obligations are settled according to the agreed scope

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Florida.
